Hazelnuts Roasted

These hazelnuts are carefully roasted until they have a warm golden colour and they develop a rich, full, slightly toasty flavour. The roasting process removes most of the skin.

Hazelnuts are incredibly nutritious. They provide fibre and protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer. They are high in healthy monounsaturated fats and packed full of antioxidants, such as vitamin E, copper and manganese. Hazelnuts contain iron. They are a source of B vitamin E, potassium, copper, calcium and magnesium.
