Hazelnut Meal

Hazel meal is a flour made by finely processing hazelnuts. A textured and coloured flour due to the addition of the skin from the hazelnuts, it is high in fibre and it a perfect gluten free alternative to use in baking.

Hazelnuts are incredibly nutritious. They provide fibre and protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer. They are high in healthy monounsaturated fats and packed full of antioxidants, such as vitamin E, copper and manganese. Hazelnuts contain iron. They are a source of B vitamin E, potassium, copper, calcium and magnesium.
